Schrecklicher Service. Die Ware ist nie angekommen. Angeblich wurde sie unversichert verschickt. Fast zwei Monate hat man mit meiner Bestellung gewartet! Positiv ist, dass ich sofort eine Rückerstattung erhalten habe, nachdem ich darum gebeten hatte. Vielleicht hatte ich einfach nur Pech mit den Ersatzteilen.

Een onderdeel voor een Güde-waterpomp snel en correct geleverd gekregen. De mogelijkheid om via een exploded view het juiste onderdeel te kiezen en te bestellen werkt uitstekend. Onderdeel ondertussen ingebouwd en pomp werkt weer als vanouds. Ben zeer tevreden.

Ich habe dort einen Antrieb und einen Tank für meinen Gartentraktor bestellt. Der Verkäufer war sehr freundlich und hat mir gut geholfen. Der Antrieb kam innerhalb von drei Tagen in Slowenien an, auf den Tank, den ich ein paar Tage später bestellt habe, warte ich noch. A hard to find part for my Robomow was easy to identify from the exploded pictures. Ordered on line and it was shipped to the UK, slipping through with no VAT. Very pleased with the service and I will use them again should the need arise.

Parts service was good but beware if buying from the UK. Motoruf charged 20% vat on the goods and postage and then UK customs charged 20% vat on the goods, postage and German vat. So the shredder parts ended up very expensive.
